New South Wales Wine Society - Wine Partners of Australia

The NSW Wine Society is operated by Wine Partners of Australia Pty Ltd and was formed with the mission of bringing our members the best quality wines at greatly reduced prices. There are several practices that help us do this:

Rigorous Selection Process:
Our team of panel experts travel to the wineries and select the best wines Australia has to offer. These wines are not always found in the big commercial wineries but are quite often found in small to medium sized boutique wineries.

Cutting out the middle men:
We deal directly with the wineries, giving access to wines at a greatly reduced price. We often bring the wines to you at near wholesale price, ...that's 25-35% off.

No shares or contracts:
Our members do not have to purchase shares or commit to any minimum purchase. We are about enjoying wine, not putting rules on it. You are never under any obligation to purchase and may withdraw or postpone your wine orders at anytime.

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Amex, Bankcard.

All prices include GST.

Payments are received by Wine Partners of Australia Pty Ltd.

Wine Partners of Australia P/L ABN 14099522504 Lic 14005503 27 Whyalla St Fyshwick ACT. Wine orders will not be accepted nor wine supplied to those under 18 years of age. Same day delivery is not available. Orders received will be sent to licensed premises during licensed hours for processing.

In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1954 (ACT) title to the goods sold remains with the seller (Wine Partners Of Australia Pty Limited) and does not pass to you (the purchaser) until the seller receives payment (by way of cleared funds) at its address (27 Whyalla Street, Fyshwick, ACT).

The NSW Wine Society only collects necessary information for the sale and distribution of wine. We may also collect collaborated information about your browser type to help improve the compatibility and service of this website. No information of a sensitive nature is collected or stored by The NSW Wine Society. We may also collect your email address via this website to send you latest information on our products.

Storage:
Membership information is held on a secure database that may only accessed by authorised staff of the NSW Wine Society to manage customer orders, deliveries or accounts. This database is not linked to a wide area network or the internet. Email information gathered by this site is held in a single secure database which may only be accessed by authorised NSW Wine Society staff. Disclosure Membership information is not disclosed to any third party except as required to arrange delivery and payment of wine.

Updating &Accuracy:
We make every effort to keep our membership information up to date. You may contact us if you wish to notify us of a change in your membership information.

Access:
Members may access their information at any time. Simply contact us and we will provide your information after checking your identity. To protect privacy our staff will confirm personal details before providing information to you.

Opt Out:
You may opt out of any email contact by following the appropriate links on the bottom of the email that we send you. You may also contact us is you have any queries regarding our privacy policy.
